$25 per dog (cash or check only)
*Please bring AKC registration papers/numbers
*Come 10 minutes before appointment time for cardiology only appointments, come 20 minutes early if also doing ophtho CERF to allow for pupil dilation
**Dogs are recommened, but not required to have the following for a complete registered (submitted) OFA Certifacation and Number
(recommendation made by OFA)
