Welcome to North Memorial Animal Hospital's online pharmacy.  We are happy to offer you, our client, the convience of online ordering and shipping for the pet products you need.  In order for us to process your order, we must have a valid client-patient-doctor relationship.  The state of Pennsylvania requires us to examine your pet at least once a year to maintain this relationship.  When you request a prescription, we will make sure that we do not have any health concerns regarding your pet and the requested medications.  If we have a concern we will contact you by our current on-file information.  Please make sure you contact us when you change your phone or email address so we can keep this information current.  Shipping for all orders is $6.00, orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

We would like to remind our clients that all medications purchased though our pharmacy are completely backed by the warranities that our suppliers have.  This is not true with other on-line pharmacies.  If your dog is on heartworm preventative purchased though us and your pet was to become infected with heartworms, all treatment costs are covered because we can verify the origin of the prevention.  This is not true with other on-line pharmacies in which counterfeit products are often sold.  The state of Pennsylvania has no way of regulating these suppliers in a manner that protects the safety and health of your pet.  If you have any questions regarding our pharmacy policy please call us at 724-656-0980.
